How to Start a Diet

The new year gives us pause to reflect upon our health and our happiness over the past year. 2020 has been a challenge for all of us. The pandemic kept us indoors, away from our social network, out of the gym, and working from home. Our daily routines have been disrupted, reinvented, and challenged as we shopped and educated and "Zoom"-ed from home more than ever before. There are a few of us that thrived in this environment by cooking more healthful options. There was very little opportunity to eat out and consume hidden calories. Some of us even started a workout routine or purchased equipment to exercise while cooped up at home. Others of us, however, fell victim to the more sedentary lifestyle of cooking and baking more out of boredom. On top of that the computerized work-from-home mentality kept us glued to our electronics and stopped us from meaningful movement to keep our calories burning.

Time to press the reset button and take charge of your health with or without a pandemic. The first step is reconfiguring your diet.
